POSITION(S):
Janitorial Crew Members, also, Residential Pressure Washing / Window Cleaning / Gutter Cleaning / Etc.
HOURS:
All positions are day shift hours that would fall between 6:00 am - 6:00 pm M-F
Full time and part time positions are available.

DUTIES:
Janitorial Crew Member: This position requires a lot of walking, trash removal, mopping & vacuuming, some heavy lifting, stretching, and bending down. We maintain a fast pace as we clean offices, lunchrooms, conference rooms, locker rooms, and restrooms.
Pressure Washing / Window Washing / Gutter Cleaning / Etc.: This position includes multiple duties in a great variety of settings. Ideally, this employee would be available to float between the duties of this position and fill-in when needed at our janitorial jobs. We are a small company. If you love screwing lids on toothpaste tubes for 2000 hours a year, this is not the job for you. As a small company, our employees expect to do many different tasks in the period of a week. If boredom excites you, this is not the job for you.
The duties for this position includes pressure washing; concrete sealing; window washing - at times using a water-fed pole system; gutter cleaning; etc. *

Pressure Washing / Window Washing / Gutter Cleaning / Etc.
Enjoys outdoor work
Preferably has experience with pressure washing, window washing, gutter cleaning, etc. (this is preferred, not required)
Hardworker, Willing to learn
Takes pride in the quality of his/her work
Reliable (on time for their shift, stays for the duration of their shift)
Works well with others & alone
